Speeding Up the Display of Start Menu Items

In order to speed up the display of the Start Menu Items is to turn off the Shadow shown under all the menus. To do this Right click anywhere on the “Desktop“. Select “Properties“. Click on the “Appearance” tab. Then Click on the “Effects” button. Uncheck “Show shadows under menus”.
