PowerPoint 2007 saves the Powerpoint files in the new .pptx format, which cannot be opened by the pervious versions of office.But there is a easy way to save the power point presentations in an older power point format.so that it can be opened in older versions of office.

To do this,

1. Open the PowerPoint 2007.

2. Click the “Office” button.

3. Select the “PowerPoint Options” in the bottom.

4. Select the “Save” in the Left Pane.

5. Click on the drop-down menu for Save files in this format.

6. Choose “PowerPoint Presentation 97- 2003“.

7. Press “Ok“.

1. Click on the “Start” Menu.

2. In the Start menu, Click on the “All Programs“.
