Disable Win+X Shortcut Keys on Windows

In order to disable the Win+x shortcut keys on windows, we have to tweak the Registry. To do this,

1. Just open up “regedit.exe” through the “start menu -> Run” box.

2. Navigate to the following key (Note : Please create the key if it doesn’t exist).

3.HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\

Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer.

4. Create a 32-bit DWORD value called “NoWinKeys” and set the value to “1″.

5. You will need to log off and log in for the changes to take effect.
