User Access Control is that annoying thing that keeps on popping up tirelessly to ask you if it is “OK” to install a particular program when you try to install one.
It is one of the biggest irritants in Vista, but I must warn you that disabling it will render your system less secure.

Disable Win+X Shortcut Keys on Windows

In order to disable the Win+x shortcut keys on windows, we have to tweak the Registry. To do this,
1. Just open up “regedit.exe” through the “start menu -> Run” box.
2. Navigate to the following key (Note : Please create the key if it doesn’t exist).
Turn off or disable the Guest Account

In order to turn off or disable the guest account in your windows, do the following,
1. Click the “Start” Button.
2. Select the “Control Panel“.
3. Open “User Accounts“.
4. Select the “guest account” and “turn off“.
