<p>To do this,</p>
<p>1. Open the PowerPoint 2007.</p>
<p>2. Click the &#8220;<strong>Office</strong>&#8221; button.</p>
<p>3. Select the &#8220;<strong>PowerPoint Options</strong>&#8221; in the bottom.</p>
<p>4. Select the &#8220;<strong>Save</strong>&#8221; in the Left Pane.</p>
<p>5. Click on the drop-down menu for Save files in this format.</p>
<p>6. Choose &#8220;<strong>PowerPoint Presentation 97- 2003</strong>&#8220;.</p>
<p>7. Press &#8220;<strong>Ok</strong>&#8220;.</p>
